Breast cancer FFPE blocks for your study
Breast cancer FFPE cohorts include TNBC, hormone-receptor-defined disease and selected treatment settings, including before or after CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment.

Receptor profile, treatment setting and donor matching describe different aspects of an array. Check each against your study requirements.
Receptor profile and histopathology
The catalog includes relapsed ER-positive breast cancer and several TNBC arrays. Selected TNBC collections list ER, PR and HER2 information; TA2273 also lists CA9. Marker coverage is specific to the array.
Primary tumors and matched metastases
TA3165 includes primary breast tumors and matched nodal metastases with survival data. TA3067 provides a TNBC collection of primary tumors and matched metastases with follow-up. Use the case map to identify the represented pairs.
Sampling context and assay requirements
TA3113 includes both donor-matched and unmatched pre/post-treatment samples. TA3164 is a separate RNAscope-prequalified TNBC collection. Pre/post sampling and RNAscope prequalification should be checked independently.
