Tissue & data for targeted cancer therapeutics
Select FFPE tissue and TMAs by tumor subtype, molecular findings and treatment history. Connect biomarker expression with available clinical follow-up, and add assays or pathology support for your study.

Staining image; molecular data are provided separately.
Tissue selection for precision oncology
Choose tissue around your target and study question
Target expression
Compare tissue across tumor types
Explore multi-tumor, indication-specific and non-malignant tissue to investigate biomarker expression and its distribution.
Molecular subtypes
Select tissue with relevant findings
Build study groups around available receptor status, mutations and other FFPE tissue molecular characterization, alongside histology and disease stage.
Treatment history
Study treated and untreated disease
Review available regimens, response and follow-up. Selected collections offer pre- and post-treatment tissue; donor matching is collection-specific.
FFPE cohort examples
Molecular profiles across oncology indications
Start with an established cohort profile or discuss tissue selected around your protocol. These examples introduce the broader FFPE repository.
NSCLC
EGFR-mutated and ROS1-positive disease; selected treatment-defined cohorts.
Breast cancer
Receptor- and BRCA/PALB2-defined profiles; pre/post CDK4/6 treatment.
Colorectal cancer
KRAS, NRAS and BRAF profiles; MSS and dMMR/MSI-H disease.
Gastric / GEJ cancer
CLDN18.2-expressing and HER2-defined profiles in advanced disease.
Ovarian cancer
BRCA-mutated and wild-type disease; platinum-sensitive or resistant cohorts.
Prostate cancer
PSMA-positive profiles within selected metastatic castration-resistant cohorts.
Molecular findings, treatment exposure and follow-up vary by donor. Required combinations and available specimens are reviewed for your study.

TMAs with molecular or treatment context
Compare defined tissue groups using established arrays. Each product has its own molecular characterization, treatment history and available follow-up.

Put molecular findings in treatment context
Available donor records include regimen, line of therapy, treatment dates, clinician-recorded response and survival follow-up. Select the clinical fields needed to interpret your tissue findings.
Treatment classes represented in donor records
Recorded treatments do not establish availability of a tissue cohort for every agent. Coverage is assessed at the donor level.
Study planning
Build a molecularly defined tissue study
Connect the selection criteria for each donor with the measurement your study needs and the treatment context in which the tissue was collected.
Molecular selection or expression selection
A mutation- or fusion-defined cohort is selected using molecular findings; an expression-defined cohort is selected using a protein or RNA measurement. Identify the required variant, target or threshold and distinguish an existing result in the donor record from profiling to be added. IHC and NGS provide complementary information and should not be treated as interchangeable selection tests.
Timing and resistance context
Specify the relevant treatment class and whether tissue should precede treatment or follow exposure or progression. Confirm which treatment dates, response records and follow-up are available. Post-treatment tissue can support research into resistance-associated features, but timing alone does not establish a resistance mechanism.
Linked measurements and records
Scope the tissue, selected donor annotations and any additional IHC or molecular profiling together. Agree on how sample identifiers connect assay outputs to available clinical records, including missing fields. For before-and-after comparisons, establish whether specimens are donor-matched or represent independent groups. Availability is confirmed for the requested indication, molecular profile and treatment combination.
