Tissue & biomarker data for ADC and bispecific research
Explore target expression in clinically characterized tissue for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and bispecific T-cell engager programs. Access existing biomarker datasets or add IHC and pathology support to selected TMAs and FFPE cohorts.

Tissue selection for antibody research
Build your study around target expression
ADC target expression
Compare prevalence and expression levels
Explore expression across tumor types and subtypes, including staining intensity, proportion of positive cells and tissue distribution.
Bispecific research
Assess tumor targets and immune context
Select tissue to examine tumor-associated targets alongside immune markers. Add the assays and pathology review appropriate to your research question.
Tumor & normal tissue
Compare expression across tissue types
Use multi-tumor tissue microarrays and normal tissue microarrays to investigate where your target is expressed, then focus on a defined indication or cohort.
Existing IHC datasets
Compare ADC-related targets in breast and lung cancer
IHC assays run on serial TMA sections connect target-level scores and images with available standard-of-care outcomes. The existing work includes hormone receptor-positive and triple-negative breast cancer, and lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
Markers evaluated in existing studies
Compare expression across the evaluated targets and explore its relationship to the accompanying clinical record.
- Scored expression
- Pathology review & image-analysis outputs
- Whole-slide images
- H&E and IHC-stained sections
- Clinical context
- Available standard-of-care outcomes
Marker coverage, images and clinical fields are dataset-specific. Serial-section comparisons do not establish same-cell co-localization.

Different tissue questions for ADCs and bispecifics
Select the tissue and readouts around the therapeutic mechanism being investigated, while keeping expression characterization distinct from functional testing.
ADC target characterization
Compare tumor-antigen expression across indications, molecularly defined subgroups and nonmalignant tissues. IHC can help describe staining intensity, the proportion of positive cells and distribution within the selected tissue. Discuss whole sections when heterogeneity is central to the question, and specify the scoring and image outputs needed.
Bispecific T-cell engager context
Evaluate the tumor target alongside T-cell markers and the surrounding immune context. Define whether you need comparisons across cases, tissue regions or cellular neighborhoods. Serial sections support comparisons between nearby sections; a same-cell or spatial co-localization question requires an appropriate assay and analysis plan.
Interpret the available evidence
Linked standard-of-care treatment and follow-up records provide clinical context; they are not evidence of response to an investigational ADC or bispecific. FFPE expression studies do not establish target internalization, payload activity, T-cell killing or clinical safety. These questions require separate functional or clinical evidence beyond the tissue characterization described here.
