TISSUE & FFPE COHORT COLLECTIONS

Normal tissue microarrays & FFPE blocks

Compare normal, non-malignant tissue arrays by organ coverage, core diameter and assay requirements. Choose from organ-specific collections and multi-organ arrays, including selected RNAscope-prequalified tissue. For FFPE blocks, share your tissue and study requirements with our team.

Collection types in this TMA catalog

Explore the tissue composition and sampling groups represented in these arrays.

Data labels reflect the catalog record. Review each product and datasheet for case-level coverage. Array counts do not indicate stock availability.

FFPE TISSUE BLOCKS

Normal tissue FFPE blocks for your study

For normal, non-malignant FFPE tissue blocks, specify the organs, donor count and any matched-tissue requirements. Organ coverage in the TMA catalog does not establish source-block availability.

FFPE blocks are requested by inquiry. Our team confirms tissue availability, donor matching and data coverage for your study.

SELECTING YOUR ARRAY

Choose organ coverage and tissue representation

Normal-tissue arrays differ in their organ mix, donor representation and core size. The array map is the reference for the tissue represented.

Single-organ and multi-organ arrays

Organ-specific collections include colon, prostate, skin, ovary, liver, lung/bronchus and bladder. TA4339 is a multi-organ array listed with approximately 32 tissue types. Check its map for the actual organ and donor distribution.

Core diameter and donor representation

The normal colon arrays TA1964 and TA2287 use different specifications: TA1964 lists 1 mm cores and one core per donor; TA2287 lists 1.5 mm cores and two cores per donor. Compare these fields rather than using core count alone.

RNAscope-prequalified collections

The catalog includes RNAscope-prequalified organ-specific and multi-organ arrays. TA4337 and TA4338 form a two-array normal-tissue set with 2 mm cores. Each array has its own tissue map; confirm the representation needed for your study.
