SELECTING YOUR ARRAY

Match lung histology, markers and treatment context

A marker-defined array and a treatment-follow-up array answer different selection needs. Review the tissue and the associated records together.

Histology and molecular groups

TA2893 is a small cell lung cancer collection with follow-up. For NSCLC, TA4322 includes EGFR-mutated and wild-type tissue, while TA4323 uses KRAS status to define its listed groups. Histopathology and molecular coverage vary by array.

Treatment setting and donor matching

TA3111 contains donor-matched pre- and post-treatment NSCLC samples. Other pre/post collections are explicitly not donor matched. TA4301 is listed with second-line immunotherapy follow-up; the treatment setting should be checked at case level.

Included records versus optional datasets

TA4301 lists RNA-seq, GeoMx protein/RNA and DAB IHC data as optional. TA4327 lists PD-L1 and Oncomine Precision Assay NGS data with optional follow-up. Do not assume one array's data package applies to another.
